Natural HR gives you the ability to create Requisitions (job vacancies) and post them to your company website careers page see Displaying requisitions created in Natural HR in your company website careers page. Any applications for these jobs will be recorded and managed as Candidates in the Natural HR recruitment module.In addition, you can also create a Requisition and share it with an external Recruitment agency, when an application is made via the Recruiter's jobs portal, the applicant's information is recorded as a Candidate in Natural HR but the referrer is credited to the Recruiter.To do this we first go to:Recruitment -> Options -> RecruitersOn this screen click on 'Add'Before clicking on 'Submit', make sure as a minimum you have entered a Name and a Unique code which should be between 3 and 32 letters, no numbers or special characters.
